Honestly, the metro rumbling beneath the building became my personal soundtrack. it shook the room every few minutes until late at night. My sleep suffered because of it. also, the air conditioning unit decided to play hide-and-seek with the cool air. it was above the door, so the room stayed warmer than i wanted it to be. it seemed like the ac was taunting me.

the staff was friendly and provided all information before arrival. they responded quickly to my messages. they arranged a taxi to the airport and a good excursion tour with their partners for me. the bedsheets and towels felt new and of good quality.

the hotel is a bit outside the central area. it is easy to reach the heart of the city using the metro.

The hotel features excellent communication before arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in. i found the staff helpful. They quickly responded to all messages. airport transportation was easy. Taxis were called promptly. excursion tours were well organized with partners.

the rooms were spacious and well equipped with facilities i needed. a sweet welcome gift waited, it was a really nice touch. daily housekeeping kept everything clean throughout my stay. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good rest.

It was a lovely surprise. at the reception, lemon mint water was available, along with cookies. there was a perfect coffee shop located close by the hotel. i received a tray with complimentary coffee and pasta nata with a welcome letter in my room.
